far too many if you ask me

I bought a house with my best friend last year for £135,000. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs en-suite) a loft conversion (which is our computer room/study), non-bisected garden... had it valued at £159,950 now. Even more if we do up the bathrooms.

House prices are going crazy - we aim to sell next summer and get out before the market crashes.... a real possibility. Thank Christ the BoE kept interest rates on hold today!
