This employer sounds like an out-sourcing company

They are generally only concerned with low cost bodies not necessarily quality. Employment law may well not be so strong in HK as in Denmark too...

Tricky one for XXL I think. I'd be inclined only to mention it if asked and then once started raise the question of holiday.
