looks to me like grant isn't happy with drury

however he dressed it up, his comments were clear:

"I think sometimes Adam's maybe a bit too detached from the game."

"... the most important thing about the captain's job is doing your job properly first. [Shackell]'s got all the attributes to be a top quality player. Plus he's got to lead and understand the full picture"

suggesting that Drury has failed to do any of that because he's unable to do anything other than hoof.
