his head is busy

thinking of ways to avoid getting himself injured, so he gets the move he wants in the summer, I'd guess.

But you never know - it might be that Fulham is where he really wants to go, and he thinks he needs to impress on Sunday to do that. (And that means defending as well as getting forward, Damien.)

Problem is his form suggests he might have been properly tapped up rather than just be angling for something....we'll see.
