How's Davie McNiven doing?
Has never really done it for us, for all his 100% effort. Went out on loan to Stafford and scored a bagful but came back and still didn't do much for us. Not really had a great run of games but whenever he's played he's not done enough to keep his spot when others have come back from injury. We've just signed Jon Newby as well (ex-Liverpool as a youngster and more recently at Bury) who will be a cover-striker. With other non-league clubs showing an interest in McNiven we may let him go if someone offers us a few quid.
