If you're near Norwich I can recommend

Stower Grange for a small to medium wedding. You can book the entire place for the whole weekend so you're the only people there which is great. Most importantly, the staff and organisation there were absolutely superb to us. Extremely supportive all weekend and they even solved a few problems for us which I would have expected them to lump on us or the best man.

If you're on a tight budget you can rent the entire place for a couple of grand (11 rooms incl. Bridal suite) but then sell the rooms back to guests at face value (or as we did, at a subsidised price) which makes it cheaper.
