Problem With Pompey's New Ground

Whenever I'm down here, they're the local side that all the news is about...and, as I understand it, part of the site where they want to put the new ground is where an old restored ironclad ship is. and the owners (who also own the land) are up in arms about the club just assuming they can have the land and everyone will sell up and ship out...

...and they're saying theres no chance of their leaving as they won't (so there!) and the ship can't be moved anyway.
