Yep, Smudger, Arthur Whittle et al...

Signing Smith is a bad move and shows that the board has to be sacked en-masse, the reason being he was "only" at QPR last season and we shouldn't be signing players from clubs who are as small as QPR.

This is the same group of "supporters" who have recently castigated the club for not signing Billy Sharp and Freddie Eastwood, from, em, Scunthorpe and Southend?

Someone else on the site has compared playing stats for Smith and Etuhu and Smith comes out of it rather favourably...

...but Smudger has pointed out that it means nothing as Smith will not be as good at helping out the defence as Etuhu was and is therefore a bad signing!

You have to wonder...incidentally Smudger, don't bother to reply to this, firstly, whatever you write will be garbage and isn't worthy of my WOTB time and secondly, you're on "Ignore" anyway!
