yep.
and even if we were to sign people tommorow, still means they'll be starting the season living out of a hotel somewhere, still trying to sort out school for kids, place for wife to stay etc.
Kind of suggests to be that it would be sensible if football managers sorted out their summer transfers at the start of the summer, and then went on holiday, rather than the other way around?
