so in summary

1) we cant recruit young players from anywhere cause of work permits
2) we cant drop out of the academy system
3) we dont have enough good young players in our catchment area
4) we have to sell our best players even though we don't have youngsters to replace them, or older prospects who will come here

That about it? Promising.
