I'm guessing he's told Grant that after knocking off the sell on, the purchase price and agents' fees, Grant can have £37.63p. But don't tell the fans because I'm going to say something that sounds impressive but means doodly squit when you analyse it, but will fool a load of fans too thick to work out what I'm up to, especially that Tomblander, he's as thick as a brick
