The third really f**king wound me up.
Utter pretentious bollocks.
The whole 'Jesus on the cross' s**te and being able to 'see' machines when blinded in the real world was utter pants.
I know the whole thing is obviously unrealistic, but at least it was realistic within the confines of its own (unrealstic) universe, which allowed the suspension of belief.
Once he started getting super powers in the 'real' world that all came crashing down for me.
And the Trinity death scene, WILL.YOU.JUST.FUCKING.DIE.WOMAN.
