as you're far cleverer and knowledgeable on this subject than me. But I don't think this was a premeditated thing and normally that in itself seems to lead to a much lighter sentence than that which he received.
So hope that's sufficient ammunition for you to go off now and do that bullying thing to me which you're so good at when someone dares to express their own opinion.
