Get over it.

The Chopra clause was a throw-away, and only the deperation of the mackems triggered it.

Without signing Earnie we would have been struggling in 05-06 and perilously close to relegation last season.

But, then again, if we had blanched at the Earnshaw clause and not signed him you could then have vented your spleen on Doncaster for not being ambitious enough.
