Check the stats. See the percentage of games won and lost with and without Saffri over the past two years and these reveal what a vital player ( along with Hucks) that he is for the team. It may be of course that when Saffri wasnt playing we had no adequate reppacement - however the same will be true if Brellier cant play and Saffri goes. If Saffri does go for £1.5 mill we must use the money for a decent replacement aka Watson at Crystal Palace) so that the squad is actually strengthened rather than standing still.
