"Best Individual Performance By Norwich Player"

Was anyone else there?

It was our first game after winning the Milk Cup in 1985, home to Coventry, think we won 1-0. Anyway, Mark Barham, on that day, was absolutely outstanding-a cameo of what he could have been, passing, shooting, dribbling, the lot, he was so superior to every other player on the pitch it was embarassing at times-standing ovation at half time by both sets of fans, even the Cov players applauded him, equally as outstanding in the second half, and , I think, substituted with a few mins to go, more applause. Brilliant. He could have been some player, he really could.
