Zen and Nildram (in that order)
Slightly more expensive than some other ISPs but you get what you pay for. Have heard loads of bad things about Sky although value wise it seems like a good deal providing it works as advertised.
I've been with Nildram since broadband was available in Norwich. They are no longer independent which is bad but I've always been very impressed. Zen are best now though
