Adam Virgo
I always thought when Adam Virgo transferred from Brighton to Celtic, it was a little suspect. He didn’t play that many games for Brighton. I believe he was a striker first and then converted to a centre back. He was transferred for £1m or so. A big transfer for a player, not playing in the Championship.
Two old pals, Mark McGee and Gordon Strachan were the managers of Brighton and Celtic.
