Sports scientist Dave Carolan says the players have all returned to training in good shape, having spent the close-season under strict instruction not to over-indulge.

and

Peter Grant has warned some of the younger members of his Norwich City squad that they may have jeopardised their chances of selection - by falling behind with their summer training.
