Purely from a selfish point of view, I do.

1. I'm just about to pay off my mortgage
2. I'm intending moving oop north next spring where houses are s**t loads cheaper, even now.
so a crash between me selling mine and me buying another oop north would make up for the fact that previous robbing american employers raided my pension.
