Seen him play once live and a bit on tv...
Live he was ok, didn't really stand out, decentish movement but didn't really look overly threatening. In fairness, however, he was playing against Sparta who are head and shoulders above anything he'll face in the Championship. Other times I've seen him on televised games, he's been good. Sound touch and decent awareness and not a bad finisher. He's fairly similar to Libor Došek or Matty Svensson in style... or a poor man's Crouch, maybe with a bit more pace.
He was second top scorer last season in Czech league, but I think he got 4 in one game which skews it a bit. I'm sure he'll do well for Norwich as the Czech league is quite defensive, so goals are hard to get. However, it's also a high standard technically and physically, which should mean he has no problems adapting to the Championship.
Where he may struggle is if we look at the fact that he's 190cm and play long balls up to him. He's not that type of player. He's decent in the air if there are players around him, but is better on the ground. He's not like Drogba and Berbatov in the sense that he'll hold up play exceptionally and create chances off aimless long balls.
Overall though, after a couple of months of settling in, I think he'll do well. If he's first choice, I'd expect 15-20 goals if we play through midfield.
