Talking of rare forms of Tourettes

(as I was, not as anyone else was) wouldn't it be a bummer if YOUR form of it was that you shouted out names of cakes, or foodstuffs in general? people would mis-diagnose it: instead of referring you for treatment, they'd just think you were a greedy bastard.

Or if you shouted out names of 18th century German castles, everyone would just think you were a foreigner, and you'd get served last at the bar.
