Forgive me for pi55ing on the parade, but the last time we signed an experienced lower-league striker all we got was an injury-prone slacker.

And even on 8k per week wages (allegedly) our experienced striker cost much less than the £ 1.3 million we have just shelled out for Cureton.

As my fund manager might say, sotto voce, "previous success is no guarantee of goals while in a Norwich City shirt"
