The 30/60 gig ones are best value for money imo

Compared to the nano you get much more space per £. The only issue is that the hard drive based models (30/60) have moving parts and so they are a bit more delicate than the nanos which use solid state memory.

I have a 30 gig photo ipod at the moment and I'll probably replace it with another one of similar size. Mine is full but when I download something new I can usually find something to delete. Most people don't even come close to filling the 30 gig up though
