Yep, agree with that, pretty much.

Only thing I would say though - is there any reason why we should get back more than we paid?

Since we signed him, he's scored goals in the chumps (which everyone knew he could do already), he's got a bit older, and he's had a serious-ish injury.

Prices in the prem have gone up, I suppose. But I'm still not sure we should have expected to make that much of a profit.
