Goodbye Earnshaw
I for one am not fussed at the departure of a player whose ambitions don't lie with the club. A great contribution to the club and a valuable player but, like Damien Francis, ultimately not a City player.
Jamie Cureton is an equal talent, an apt replacement and, I know I'm alone here, a snip at 700k.
And we now have 2.8m more than we had this morning. It's not much, but we can either buy Eastwood or a new defender or two.
