Are strikers the problem?

It seems to me that Grant is doing a Worthyesque "You can never have to many strikers"

Ok we need to replace Earnie if he goes, but I feel Grant should be addressing other problems like the defence, the goalkeeping issue and the addition of another central midfield player.

Good teams have goals coming from all over the pitch, not just from one striker.
