I object to certain aspects of Apple on principle, I think

Starting with the poorly written, resource-hungry, over-controlling, invasive, poorly-secured lump of bloatware that is passed off as Itunes. It particularly pisses me off at the number of things they try to bundle it with. FUCK OFF! If I want that bloody program buggering up my computer, *I* will download it, thank you so very much!

As for Safari, it's hit the first wall of the PC - trying to get it to run on the untold permutations of hardware. It's not such a difficult task when you control (Almost exclusively) what configurations the software will run on, but some PC users are finding that Safari is up and down like the proverbial. Couple that with the security issues (Safari! It's brand new and totally secure! Oh...and here's our Day Zero security patch...), the lack of support, and the fact that it's just plain ugly and I won't be recommending it to anyone. Yet! They may yet pull a rabbit out of the hat, but they will be doing well to catch Opera for speed or FF for the vast number of skins and plugins.

I'm not necessarily against some of Apple's concepts - I'm fiddling around with something called RocketDock at the moment - it's just that for what it does...who cares? Yes it looks nice, but I'm far more interested in the actual program it opens, not a cuddly-wuddly icon! And yes, this is one of the things I hate about Vista. Very nice, very cuddly-wuddly, but honestly, when you get down to it I couldn't give a rat's arse!

Still, if you like cuddly-wuddly or Vista and you're still on XP, check out:
