Dutch commentators also mentioned their keeper being lucky to get away with being off the line for every penalty but didn't say anything about Carson.
Also, they thought Holland were lucky to get away with the goal - thought it should have been disallowed for dangerous play.
Personally I don't think so and the one bad decision was to go for goal on the free kick in the 87th minute instead of going for the corner
