the club spending no money this summer despite the fact failure to go up at the first attempt will sentence us to another long stretch at this level?

We have signed a knackered midfielder from Wigan, who was even farmed out to Stoke last season on loan. OK, he gets MOTM in his last Wigan game - sympathy vote. We did the same for Mulryne when he came back from injury.

We have signed a full-back who has just played a key part in the relegation of NFFC to Div 2.

We have also signed an old striker who nearly repeated the trick of the above at Cardiff.

Those three - all signed for free - say lack of ambition to me. If Hamilton had signed them people would be raging...

Whether it's Worthy or the club something needs to be done.
