Houses round the corner have water in thier downstairs main living area, so carpets sofas etc ruined. We've just got water in the cellar. About 18 inches of it. Surveyor has been out - they're coming tomorrow to pump it empty and dry and stuff.

Oh, and all the electircs upstaris are out, which means no hot water
