(I noted you picked this up yesterday and other posters were saying "...it's his thing...", and thats another thing I do, use full stops a lot.....like that.....)

I think its an anal thing TBPH! Makes the thread header -to me-look more neat and tidy, though why I Don't Then Do It In My Posts, I don't know! Anal and bad English, but, as you said yesterday, a bit of a "signature", although other Wrath posters do it as well m'lud!
