This Billy Sharpe thing....... Why do most people think Wolves are a bigger club than us?

Our average attendance last season was 3,500 higher than theirs despite the fact that they finished in the play offs, plus our recent history is better than Wolves

Yes they have a new owner with bags of cash but the Turners aren't short of a few bob and long term i'd rather them than a guy whos failed to buy Liverpool on coutless occasions

I appreciate that if he is bessie mates with Keogh that'll have an impact but I think too many people just over look what we have to offer as a club

Coming here he'll play with Hux, Dion & possible Earnie (who have Wolves got that he'll learn from ?) and even if Earnie leaves he'll then be our out & out No.1 striker
whilst Wolves have apparently also bid for Eastwood

We have been let down in recent yrs on transfers by the club and people always look @ the negatives but don't forget Hux, Earnie & Ashton were all TOP TOP signings and were conducted by Doncaster so maybe, just maybe him & PG will be able to spring a nice surprise on most of our doom bringing fans !!!!
