Us/Scum, Liverpool/Everton, Man Utd/Man City, don't play at home on the same days.
Other issues such as groundshares, obvious hot spots such as Leeds or Cardiff getting an away game at Blackpool, or other coastal resort on a bank holiday, and special requests from clubs are all taken into account.
