tea is good for you

rich in antioxidants. Coffee also has some positive effects - think a survey found that people drinking one cup of coffee a day lived longer than non partakers.
Also check what sort of herb - peppermint, fennel very good for indigestion, but others might have contraindications (don't drink rosemary leaf if you're pregnant).
Many fruit teas are artificially flavoured - if it says fruit flavouring it's never been near a goosegog.
