So if Francis does stay do we assume .....
it's just because he didn't fancy a move to Portsmouth, rather than a renewed commitment to the club. Or maybe the offer was never really on the table?
Also is it a good thing if he decides to stay or would we rather have had the money. I for one wouldn't be to disappointed to see him stay, if he pulls his finger out. At least then I'd guess the pririty signings were a right back, right midfielder, and then some decent squad players.
