I actually have a lot of respect for Nigel Worthington

I'll always be grateful for turning things around, getting us to the play-offs and promotion to the Premiership.

However, considering the way in which he managed this football club in the Premiership and what happened between being relegated and his eventual sacking, I think he had to go.
