What has happened to the BBC?
What has happened to this message board?
Years ago the BBC was the most interesting, informative broadcaster in the world. Sometime recently, maybe since the end of the millennium it has relegated itself to something similar to Channel 5. I had always suspected that the BBC was watched by people who couldn't think for themselves and who, of course, had no idea about science.
In the last few years there has been much to talk about the accuracy of the press, as witnessed on channels like sky and the american networks but what do we get here - absolute rubbish and nonsense news items. As they once said "Houston we have a problem or in this case Portland Place we have a problem".
I am about to remove the BBC from my TV favourites list. It is nearly as futile as ITV which is now desolute.
