Wembley - not up to standard

Many fans of clubs in the play-off's can't get Wembley tickets yet thousands of seats will be empty because Wembley hasn't got any segregation for 17,000 seats (the middle tier) - so the middle section will be virtually empty for the play-off games.

There are also doubts that the stadium is up to standards to host champions League finals etc.
