Yes. Much better than the old one, from what I remember

comfortable, good facilities, and the crowd seemed loud (particularly Chelsea) - suspect it's quite well-designed for that. (And I quite liked the curvy bit on the top of the stands.)

It's no better than Cardiff, in my opinion. Maybe not quite as good. But Cardiff is excellent.
