Question No. 2

If you could make one simple change to the laws of football which would make the game fairer, what would you have changed?

I would insist on both ends of the pitch being utilised for penalty shoot outs. No reason why one of the assistants can't officiate at one end, the players all walk from the centre circle, so no change there and then each team can take penalties in front of their fans- easy isn't it?
