I don't think people were really moaning, just rather underwhelmed

I think we'd expected a bit more (judging by the build up) than another interest free loan which we're told is needed "not to sell" (as opposed to being "available for transfers").

General consensus was that it was better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, a slap in the face with a wet fish and a kick in the plums.
