I can't help but feel...

that it is the board being 'clear and transparent' again by telling us that we have no money and need to get these loans but all by glossing it with lovely spin about how this 'investment' in the club is a wonderful thing and now the club is moving forward again with fresh ideas on the board.

But then again maybe I am just a cynical old fool
