If they went bankrupt on his watch, he'd be disbarred from running a company for three (?) years. Aren't there similar rules for admin? The idea of admin is that it gives a company a chance to reorganise itself and the creditors to get something. If Bates were allowed to (re)takeover Leeds that sounds like an abuse of the process.
