I don't get this at all. How is it that

a 16 year old has been given an ASBO banning him from drinking and taking drugs in public, and others have receive ASBOs prohibiting them from driving or riding cars on a public footpath, green area or pavement and from throwing missiles.

Aren't all those things illegal anyway ?

How about this one: "The only female on the list is Chantelle Robinson, 15, from Middlesbrough, who was hit with a five year ASBO when she was 13 for incidents including a hammer attack on a pensioner."

Oh, and I had to laugh at Christopher "the worm" and Sean "the maggot" Conroy. How scary.
