To be honest, I'm undecided on this one. On the one hand, he was

very highly rated for a long time. On the other hand he's got the boot from Crewe Alex Fucking Andra of all places and some of the stories about discipline coming out are fairly disturbing.

Still, perhaps he just needs a move. Like Nielsen did. Oh.
