Yes I agree with that completely Tomblander, I also believe

that so far Grant seems to be handling our youth well. They either get a run in the team or regular sub appearances and if they're not AT LEAST regularly subs he's shipping them out on loan. No point them playing against crappy teams in the reserve league.

So far I like how he's handled that side of things and it was almost a blessing in disguise that Earnie's injury has given us a chance to see just what Martin could do. He put faith in Martin and it's paid off. Admittedly we were VERY short on options around that time but still, he was given a chance, and responded under huge pressure when, at the time, we were far from safe and we were pretty much solely relying on him to score. He came in, banged a few goals in, pulled us away from relegation and has never looked back. If that's how he handles pressure then roll on next season when we have a clean slate.

IF Martin and Earnie can form a partnership then we have the potential to score a LOT of goals next season. Fingers crossed!
