OK, I think we're nearly there ...
The ellipsis blindasabat question was at the end of the subject (as above). Arguably that's the end of the sentence (so should have ellipsis plus full stop and no space); but it also implies that something very closely linked is following. Or - as I use it sometimes - to mean that I'm leaving something unsaid that doesn't need saying.
