Depends

I paid £1000 for my Civic (1995 (2000 Jap Import) 1.5L VTEC-E, 146000km) with Honda service history, 6 months MOT & Tax. Very good condition, but I got it from friends of my landlords so it was deffo worth a few bob more.

Check out Autotrader and the paper; you'll quickly work out a median price.
