people are too quick to jump on his back...i mean for f**ks sake, if someone is paying you to do a job, and the job isn't going as well as it used to...do you quit?! No, most people would be knocked for being a quitter...worthy worked hard for us, contributed lots to the club and should be remembered positively for that.
